FABRIC SELECTION

Stretch Mesh Fabric Wholesale for Apparel Panels

Our stretch mesh fabric wholesale selection includes nylon-spandex mesh options for apparel development. Start with the panel you are designing: an outer section, an insert or a lining. The opening size, surface and appearance against the neighboring fabric give the cutting a clear purpose in the sample review.

FABRIC, THEN GARMENT

Make the comparison
useful to your brief.

Keep the surface, material and garment requirements together as you build a selection.

Plan your sample comparison ↗

Choose the opening and the panel

Look at a cutting against the color and material that will sit behind it. Fine mesh and a more open surface create different visual effects. For nylon spandex mesh fabric, record the article reference and the side being shown; a photograph of an isolated mesh can leave the background and scale unclear.

Review it in the complete construction

Choose mesh fabric for sportswear by considering the panel position and the seams that join it to the body fabric. Assemble that junction in the development sample. Check the visible edge, the relationship between the two surfaces and the appearance during the movements relevant to the garment. Define any measured requirements separately.

Compare adjacent material routes

The power mesh selection is a separate route when your brief calls for powernet or stretch tulle. For the neighboring smooth body panel, compare the nylon-spandex articles. Keep each cutting labeled so a decision about the mesh does not accidentally substitute a different body fabric.

Keep the inquiry panel-specific

Hongli can work from that material brief as your mesh fabric supplier. Include the intended panel, preferred fiber blend, color direction, cutting requirement and estimated fabric quantity. Add a reference showing the opening or surface you want, with a scale or a physical cutting where possible. State which requirements are already fixed.

BEFORE YOU SELECT

Questions for the fabric conversation.

What types of stretch mesh fabric can I compare?

The range includes fine and more open apparel mesh selections, including nylon-spandex options. Describe the panel and the surface you need so the sample discussion starts with a relevant material route.

What should I ask a mesh fabric manufacturer to review?

Provide the panel position, adjoining material, desired opening and your evaluation requirements. The same garment construction should be used when comparing candidate cuttings.

Can mesh be considered for a lining as well as an outer panel?

State which role you intend. The visibility, adjoining fabric and construction are different selection questions, so keep the intended role attached to the sample reference.
