FABRIC SELECTION
Interlock Fabric Wholesale for Apparel Selection
Our interlock fabric wholesale selection brings together apparel materials offered as interlock knits. The range includes nylon-spandex references with smooth, pebbled and brushed surface descriptions. Begin with a named construction and a surface reference, then compare the cutting in the garment your team plans to develop.

FABRIC, THEN GARMENT
Make the comparison
useful to your brief.
Keep the surface, material and garment requirements together as you build a selection.
Plan your sample comparison ↗Keep construction and surface in separate fields
Interlock knit fabric identifies a construction route, while matte, pebbled or brushed wording describes another part of the material selection. Write both in the brief. A smooth appearance alone leaves the construction unclear, so keep the article reference attached to the cutting and the garment development record throughout the comparison.
Compare the faces you intend to use
Handle both sides of the sample and identify the face for the garment. A pebbled surface can give the design a different appearance from a smooth or brushed option. Place the cutting beside an intended seam and adjoining panel so the surface is being reviewed at the scale and position relevant to the style.
Connect the selection to the material family
The nylon-spandex range is useful when the base material is still being chosen. For a brief centered on a raised face, compare the brushed knit options separately. Use the full description of each selected article so the next sample discussion can distinguish its composition, construction and treatment.
Turn the reference into a sample request
State the garment, desired surface, material preference and the interlock construction requirement. Add the sample quantity, color direction and estimated fabric quantity. Where the pattern already has width or measured performance requirements, keep them in the same brief. A labeled reference cutting can show which characteristics of the face you want the team to compare.
BEFORE YOU SELECT
Questions for the fabric conversation.
Which interlock surfaces can be discussed?
The selection includes materials described as smooth or matte, pebbled and brushed interlock options. Share the surface reference and the intended garment so the cutting request has a defined purpose.
Does every smooth double-face fabric belong in this group?
Specify the construction required for the project. A smooth double-face description and an interlock description carry different information, so preserve each selected article’s actual identification.
What belongs on the sample label?
Keep the article reference, material composition, construction description and chosen face together. Add the garment or pattern reference when several materials are being compared in the same development project.
